Everyone coaching or managing players under 18 in Queensland needs a current Blue Card, or a recorded exemption.

If your application is still in progress, leave these blank and submit anyway. Email info@varsityvipers.com.au once your card is issued.

Under 18, a registered Queensland teacher, or a sworn police officer.
