THE VENUES

The competition is played at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre at Carrara and Tallebudgera Recreational Centre.

  • We recommend that first time players join our Saturday Skills program for at least one term before nominating for a competition team.

Players who have not participated in our Saturday Skills program often struggle to meet the skills of their team mates and may drop out negatively impacting the team and the competition.

  • Yes. We accept Round 11 Fairplay vouchers for Summer Season Registration.

Submit your voucher here to get a discount code you can use in the registration form.

  • We strive to get every player who registers into a team however the number of teams we can enter is restricted by Gold Coast Basketball.

Players who register early get priority and if we are unable to put you in a team we will provide a full refund.

  • All new players need a uniform. You can purchase a uniform for $80 in the Shop during the registration process.

If you didn’t purchase one during registration, go to the Shop here to purchase one now.

No second hand uniforms can be used.

  • You can collect your uniform at your first training session in Term 4 or at a Saturday Skills session.

  • Every team needs a coach and manager and you don’t need to be a basketball expert to get involved.

Varsity Vipers is the largest junior basketball club in Queensland thanks to the efforts of volunteers just like you.
